Residential Fence Replacement

Project Type

Photography

Date

April 2023

When we build a fence we make sure to pull all rotten posts out of the ground and replace them with new ones. Using an auger we make sure to set the posts at the proper depth and then start running the rails and pickets. We tend to use cedar more often than not but theres nothing wrong with treated pine. Cedar typically lasts longer but that comes with a slightly higher price in comparison to treated pine. The price difference is roughly a dollar per picket more expensive . After installation we recommend a stain and seal to protect the wood and give it a finishing touch.
